All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge all fees incurred.


5.3 Payment Plans

Some products and programs offer payment plan options. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method according to the schedule provided at checkout.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in:

6. REFUND POLICY


6.1 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (eBooks, audio recordings, digital workbooks) are final. No refunds will be provided once access has been granted.


6.2 Physical Products

Physical products (books, physical workbooks) may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition for a full refund minus shipping costs.

6.3 Programs and Courses

The Seeker's Path Membership:

  • Monthly members may cancel at any time; no refunds for partial months

  • Annual members may receive a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days

  • No refunds after 30 days for annual memberships

Getting Unbound Course:

  • 6-Week Freedom Guarantee: Full refund available within first 6 weeks if you've completed the work and not experienced progress

  • To request a refund, you must provide evidence of completion (workbook submissions, attendance records)

  • No refunds after 14 days

Private Coaching:

  • Sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) forfeit that session

  • Unused sessions expire 6 months from purchase date

  • No refunds on coaching packages once first session is completed


6.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


7.1 Ownership

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Mitch Deutsch or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.


7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
